Low-pressure discontinuous steam generator (max 0.5 bar), ideal for sanitizing bottling plants, microfiltration and / or filling systems, and in all those sectors that require the use of steam as a sanitizing tool.

• Provides steam for about 90 minutes, with a maximum production of 25 kg / h of steam

• Small dimensions (480x650xh950 mm) with wheels that allow a quick movement in the working environment

• Available in the versions with a stainless-steel electrical panel or with an electrical panel in painted steel

• Verification tools: Control of the presence of water in the boiler with probe ; control of the water level in the boiler with counterweight safety valve      

• 80-liter stainless steel boiler  and 30 mm rock wool insulation

• Operating voltage: 400 Volt, 4 poles, 50/60 Hz (customizable according to the end customer request)

• Available on request: generators with powers starting from 9 kW, up to 12-18 kW (selectable powers)

• Possibility on request to install a water softener, which reduces the formation of limescale inside the boiler, considerably increasing the efficiency of the generator and the duration of the resistances.
