Description
Continuous steam generators of the ORION series, ideal for sanitizing bottling plants, microfiltration and / or filling system, and in all those sectors that require the use of steam as a sanitizing tool.
• Also available in customized version , made to measure and / or with separate electrical panel for mobile bottling lines
• Made with a stainless-steel electrical panel (ORION QI), or with an electrical panel in painted steel (ORION QV)
• It produces steam at a constant pressure of 2 bar: an 18-kW generator, for example, produces 25 kg / h of steam continuously
• Small dimensions (standard version: 610x750xh900 mm) with wheels that allow a quick movement in the working environment
• Verification tools: water presence control in the boiler with probe; water level control in the boiler with float; pressure control
• Operating voltage: 400 Volt, 5 poles, 50/60 Hz (customizable according to the end customer request)
• 0.37 kW feed pump
• Available on request: Generators with 12-18 kW, 24 kW, 36 kW or 48 kW power
• Possibility on request to install a water softener, which reduces the formation of limescale inside the boiler, considerably increasing the efficiency of the generator and the duration of the resistances.
