• Double phase processing made with two tanks, one containing caustic solution to remove organic contaminants, and the other containing acid solution, to eliminate inorganic deposits (ex. minerals)
• Entire structure and control panelin electro-welded A304 stainless steel; on request, machine on wheels
• 300 l or 500 l tanks (on request) in AISI 304 stainless steel; insulated tank for basic solution
• Pumps for fluid recirculation
• Heating of the basic detergent by means of electric resistances or steam
• Unitronics PLC mod. JAZZ with numeric keypad and two B / W command lines to control the machine and its working cycle. It allows you to save, edit and recall working recipes where is possible to store all parameters values
• At request, conductivity probe that allows to monitor the concentration of the basic solution inside the tank: thanks to the specific calibration, it signals the insufficient concentration by means of a light / acoustic alarm
• Voltage and frequency adaptable to the electrical standards in use in the final destination Country.
