Our ERA 11 is a manual filler, suitable for a wide range of liquid and viscous pumpable products, food and non-food.

• Stainless steel frame on wheels and support surface of the bag adjustable in height and inclination

• Removal of the cap, positioning of the filling head and closing of the cap manually adjusted by means of the positioning lever

• PLC JAZZ Unitronics and vaporizable mechanical liter-counter.

• Indicative hourly production: 120 of 5 l bags/h    Bag’s capacity: 3 / 5 / 10 / 20 l

• 2 PROGRAMS:  automatic (vacuum – filling – inert gas) - manual (washing with false neck)

• Automatic filling phase: vacuum packed with Bürkert flow-meter, by setting the liters to be dispensed on the PLC.

• Automatic blowing with nitrogen at the end of each filling cycle to guarantee asepticity to the product.

• 1 pick-up cap head (standard) and false neck with stainless steel valve of ¾” and mt. 1 rubber tube.       

• Workable caps: Vitop – Flex Tap – Press Tap – CMB – QDC (or others at request)

• Product supply: 0,5 ÷ 1 bar, Filling temperature: max 45°C

• Air supply: 5 bar (dry and microfiltered)

• Gas supply: 0,4 – 0,6 bar

• Power supply: 220 Volt or 400 Volt (customizable according to the end customer request)

• Product connection: on request 

• Overall dimensions: 1000 x 600 x h1500

• On request: electric pump at 900 rpm, flow rate 60l / m. complete with fittings and support surface for the box, which facilitates the packaging and / or feeding pump phase.
